RY743 reagents offer a bright fluorochrome to support the detection of low expression surface and intracellular markers and increase panel design flexibility, offering minimal cross-laser excitation from the 488-nm blue laser in hundreds of antibody specificities.. RY743 is excited primarily by the 561 nm yellow-green laser.
