About IRDye 650

IRDye® 650 from Licor has an excitation peak at 651 nm and an emission peak at 668 nm. It can be useful in flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, fluorescent western blot detection and in vivo imaging. Spectrally it is similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647.
