PhenoVue™ 577 Lysosomal Stain from Perkin Elmer is an orange emitting dye that accumulates in acidic vesicles such as lysosomes. This dye can be used in fluorescence microscopy and high content screening applications. It has an excitation peak at 577 nm and an emission peak at 589 nm.
