XFD488 from AAT Bioquest has an excitation peak at 499 nm and an emission peak at 520 nm and is similar in size, brightness and application to Alexa Fluor™ 488 (ThermoFisher Scientific), MaxLight™ 488 (US Biological), DyLight 488 and FITC. It is commonly used in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy applications.
